10 Cents a Broken Pick was born in Denver, CO out of the ambition of two friends who loved pickin’ fiddle tunes. From there a unique sound blossomed that can only be complimented by a Colorado Kool-Aid. From traditional “Old Time” clawhammer banjo stylings, mandolin runs reminiscent of Monroe, all the way to uptempo train grooves that make you want to drive a Mack truck, we are spicing up bluegrass without losing touch with tradition.
