A few years back, Tulsa based Tom Pevear realized that there were a ton of great songs already written that weren’t being sung nearly as often as they should be. 

With a love for fingerpicking, a deep knowledge of old blues, ragtime, country, and gospel music, and a dedication to play these songs for as many people as possible, Tom arranges songs, some popular, some long lost, in a way that pays homage to the originals and fits his unique guitar approach.  

Drawing on the diverse catalogs of artists like Mance Lipscomb, Mose Allison, Rev Gary Davis, The Delmore Brothers, Ray Charles, and more, Tom plays and sings his heart out, and carries the torch of these great songs forward.
